He Joined Hilco Appraisal Services in June 2011, prior that he was with GoIndustry DoveBid (Formerly known as Dovebid) since 2002, following over 20 years working in the Building & Construction, Machine Tools, Solid Surfacing Material and Furniture sectors.

A few of his prominent appraisal projects include an Asphalt Plant in China, a Fridge, Freezer & Air Conditioner Plant in China, a LCD manufacturing Plant in Malaysia, a Crystal Quartz Manufacturing Plant, Aerospace / Automotive Spare Parts, SMT Line in Thailand and a Chilled Water Supply Facility in Singapore.
More recent appraisal projects include an Air Compressor Manufacturing Plant in India, Coal Mining Equipment in Kalimantan and Plant & Machinery for Airports in Myanmar (Yangon International Airport, Mandalay International Airport & NayPhiTaw International Airport)
Hilco Singapore is also in the Panel of Valuer for Major Banks & Asset Based Lenders in Singapore and also few Government Ministry in Singapore.
H.B. Khoo holds a Diploma in Business Management from the University of Leicester.
