After finishing his International Business and Management Studies degrees in Amsterdam and Chile, Ernst started his career working for a Dutch financial service provider where he focused on relationship management and structuring deals. Ernst is part of the national field hockey team of Brazil and played several years in the highest league in The Netherlands.
