TRANSACTION :
Noryards BMV went bankrupt in 2016, all assets were owned by the Landlord. We made the Seller a strong cash offer and purchased the assets in 2017.
HIGHLIGHT :
Hilco organized Private Treaty Sales as well as two ONLINE AUCTION events. Equipment was sold to buyers in Norway, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Holland, Denmark, Germany, Turkey and Singapore.
CONCLUSION :
It took us 6 months to sell & remove all Machinery & Equipment to the satisfaction of Sellers.
