BACKGROUND :
Mitrychem SA was a Chemical Production Plant, specializing in high quality API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients), located 10km from the Charles de Gaulle Airport near Paris.
TYPE OF SALE :
Private Treaty Sales Event for the major Production Equipment, followed by a 3-day Online Auction Sale for all Laboratory and Auxiliary Equipment.
EQUIPMENT :
API Process Equipment (Glass Lined Reactors, Filter Dryers, Tanks, etc.) Pilot Plants and extensive Laboratory.
TRANSACTION : Mitrychem had entered into Bankruptcy Proceedings and Hilco won the Tender Sale for the Assets and its Removal from the Receivers.
HIGHLIGHT :
After the Equipment was decommissioned we were successful selling the major Equipment in a 4 months Private Treaty Sale Process; afterwards we organized a 3-Day Online Auction Sale of all Laboratory and Auxiliary Items.
CONCLUSION :
It took us 9 months for decommissioning, selling and removal of all equipment from the entire facility.
