TRANSACTION :
The Trustees were in a hurry to sell the assets, Buyers had only one week to inspect, offer and complete a Sales Contract and pay for all Assets. Hilco offered the best price and was one of the few able to execute so quickly.
HIGHLIGHT :
Immediately after purchasing the assets, Hilco prepared multi assets marketing campaigns to sell the inventory and find buyers for the other assets. After 6 months we negotiated a sale for the complete manufacturing process and IP to an UK company for use in their UAE Factory.
CONCLUSION :
It took us another 4 months with a crew of 20 mechanics and electricians to dismantle, load and remove all equipment into over 100 containers and hand-over the vacant buildings to the landlord.
