TRANSACTION :
B&S Glassmoulds entered into bankruptcy, the parent company owned all assets and wanted to sell all assets in one transaction. Hilco´s proposal was the most favorable for the Seller, by offering payment upfront and offering sharing in the excess proceeds with the Seller.
HIGHLIGHT :
Hilco organized an ONLINE AUCTION event and sold a few machines by Private Treaty Sale over a 3 months period to buyers from all over Europe and India.
CONCLUSION :
It took us only 3 months to sell, and remove all Machinery & Equipment and to great satisfaction of the parent company as the owners of the real estate.
